Q: I ordered tickets off your website, when should I expect to receive them in the mail? All tickets are will call, meaning no physical ticket will be issued or mailed. Simply show your photo ID or transaction receipt.

Q: When placing my order I noticed an extra fee labeled “Service Charge”, what is that? Unfortunately it costs money to process debit and credit cards and use ticketing software amongst other things, the service charge covers those expenses and we do our best to keep the charges as cheap as possible.

Q: I’m no longer able to attend “insert event”, can I get a refund? All ticket sales are final, no refunds are available unless the all the headling acts cancel. If that situation occurs, a full refund (minus service charge) will be returned to your account in 3-5 business days.

Q: Can I exchange my ticket or sell it to someone else? No transfers will be honored unless the show becomes sold out. If/when the show does sell out and you wish to transfer, simply email sanctuarydetroit@gmail.com a copy of your transaction receipt and the person’s information who will be attending in your place.
